Look on the plus side you could be living in Lincolnshire 8)

And another thing, I was becoming hypnotised the other evening when I was cycling with my front blinky light on.

The Cateye 1100 is the best battery taillight available anywhere, and has been for umpteen years; I'm surprised that no one makes a cheaper copy. I use it as a daylight blinkie (in addition to the BUMM Toplight Line driven by the dynamo) but it has a steady mode as well as several blinking modes and two levels of brightness. It's smart to keep a tiewrap across it lengthwise, between the bubbles, because two of mine had to be replaced when the cap popped off on the road and could not be found. As Jags says, a much-recommended lamp; you won't regret spending the money.

I don't think you can beat the "Smart Lunar R1 Rear Light 1 Watt " a real blinder both day & night.  When following one of those it looks like the rider had a very hot curry the day before if you get my drift.  ;D

I'm fed up too!  November was the wettest and windiest month recorded at our local met station in 50 years!  This, plus other issues meant I managed a mere 102 miles, my lowest monthly mileage since my records began :(

Cheer up or I'll tell you more of my jokes.

What did Winnie the Poo and Alexander the Great have in common?

Same middle names.
