That is one gorgeous looking bike, shame it's too big for me. I wish there were more Mercury owners on the forum as I'd love to hear what they think of the bike and there seems a shortage of reviews on the internet.

It's a lovely bike to ride (and to look at), but I prefer to ride my carbon racer, each to his own I guess!, to be honest I thought when I'd got to my 60's I'd find twitchy rigid frames unpleasant and uncomfortable but that doesn't seem to be the case.

My, the Mercury is a lovely bike and fairly priced. Someone will be very lucky to get it.

As for "favorite rides", we all have our own, so no worries there! I'm still besotted with my 30 year-old rando bike for all-'round use, but dearly love my Nomad and would be lost without it for expedition touring and trail use and whenever the spirit takes me to do something "different" (which seems to be all the time when I ride it...and why it has been my most-ridden bike since it arrived).
