Class bike Jim i used to have campag super reckord on her but i gave it all away what a dummy.i recently put a new set of open corsa evo cx tyres on the new wheels  as good as tubs very pleased with them 50euro each  and now it has the new stronglight impact chainset lovely job.
i guess if i were brave enough i could  do some light touring on it but would need to cut back big time on gear.thats the beauti of the sherpa you could carry a small car on that beast.

when i get back on my feet again i'll be buying another thorn but in the meantime it's me ould Raleigh that will be travelling the back roads of my wee county Louth.

hi Hamish yes im almost certain it is ,the new buyer is coming here  to  Ireland on saturday if he likes hes buying.stay tuned just in case a miracle happens .
i cant believe the interest i've had in my rig i've had a couple guys here willing to buy but they were just a few hours to late.
