Welcome  :) If my memory serves me correctly 'Jawine' has an XTC and I'm sure she'd be willing to help. Additonally I think there is an XTC on fleabay right now so it might be useful to check the spec' so to speak in fact.... here's the link http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/THORN-XTC-BICYCLE-/221200390645?pt=UK_Bikes_GL&hash=item33809219f5

Hope that helps.

Here is the link to the old xtc brochure.

My first suggestion would be to check what size frame you have and make sure it is going to be right for you before investing in a build

after measuring it and measuring me  i fear its gonna be to small, its 17" from centre of bb to top but the top tube is only 18" which i think will be too small. i think its gonna have to goto a new home :(. thank you everyone for your time

Perhaps you might wish to sell it via the forum. I'm sure you'll find considerable interest here.

I am sure it would be helpfull if you could measure the frame against the broshure and work out which size of frame it is that you have. It will also help to improve its resale value.
