For somebody near 5"4' mark or shorter I guess as Virtual TT is just 49 cm.

Curiosity got the better of me and I took a look at that frame. Too small for I want but, in passing I spotted this lovely Chas Roberts that is worth a look if nothing else. Its here: http://forum.ctc.org.uk/viewtopic.php?f=40&t=72500
