SJS Cycles used to sell these, they were frame, fork, seatpost and headset only for £139.99ish as an SJSC winter training frame, they were made in China from Tange Tubing, actualy made quite a nice ride, one of the mechanics uses one as a fixie to this day.  Its not a Thorn branded product though.

Ahah I never heard of SJS using Tange tubing...so I was a tad suspect :)

Nothing wrong with Tange my fixed wheel is made of Tange, and they have sponsored racing teams in Asia also. Just less known than Reynolds/Columbus.

He shouldn't really call it a Thorn though...

I suppose, its a bit like calling a Fiat an Alfa Romeo, or calling a Skoda a VW etc just cause they are the same company! Never mind.
