Yes I saw this, a nice bike that could be made to fit me but the rust and blistered paint is very concerning.

You can ask seller I guess, or see it if close. Mine has a touch of rust (XTC) but no bad blistering, if it hasn't gone into frame a paint job will sort it out. To a cost of course...
