Rohloff service video: Improvised cog removal
« on: March 07, 2012, 10:19:41 am »
Hi All,

This might prove useful for field-improvised cog reversals and replacements on Rohloff hubs: http://vimeo.com/26871033

I especially admire the author's ingenuity at improvising a chain whip using a common length of board, a hammer, and some nails. Applicable to freehub cassette removal as well.

Best,

Dan.

A truly excellent find Dan!! Strong chain whips are essential when removing Rohloff rear sprockets and this improvised one seems the daddy!
