Now the novelty has worn off and the honeymoon period has gone, I've now passed the milestone of my first 1,000 miles. Mrs Doug had enough of it living in the hallway after a couple of weeks. She just doesn't appreciate these wonderful bike things and so in the interests of marital harmony, the bike lives in the garage with the others! Fair enough

Actually I'm delighted with it. I should say SJS supplied me with just the frameset and I had it built up at my LBS. Consequently a couple of minor niggles (naff mudguards and a disappointing rear rack) but otherwise I'm delighted. A brilliant bike. Take a look at my blog for a fuller picture:
