London (Stoke Newington) via too many places to mention, originally from France.  Black RST as of just 1 year ago, 3,000 miles on the clock.

Bristol myself.  You may see me cycling through town with my girllfriend perched on the Thorn rack on a cushion as I give her a lift in to work (about 3.5 miles each way).

How strong is a Speedhub and a Mavic wheel?

In the middle of the North Sea, far too far away from my bike on a beautiful day like this!

Well the Thorn rack suggests a weight limit of 55kg, lighter than a supermodel.  I also give mates a lift on it sometimes, coming back from the pub or something

Just wondering how much punishment a Mavic 725 can take?

Sydney, Australia (and the bike and I have just completed a ride from Brisbane to Sydney, over 13days and 1100km).  I adjusted the bottom bracket once as the chain stretched a bit, didn't have one puncture (using Schwalbe Marathon Racer tyres) and only had a couple of near death experiences.  The bike performed flawlessly.

cheers,

Simon

I'm in Livingston outside Edinburgh Ride a Thorn Sherpa and a Titanium Airborne Lucky Strike mountain bike ( which will have to sell after reading in the Thorn website that titanium frames break LOL).

Port Talbot (South Wales). I've got a red Audax Mk.3 and a mothballed Cyclosportif that might get a respray in the Spring.

Anyway, whose Thorn was outside Verdi's at Mumbles, Swansea on Sunday?
