feedback on the Sterling?...

I've ridden a Rohloff geared bike for 2 years or so and am in the market for a new frame. I prefer the look of the Enduro or an Orange P7 but am tempted by the price of the new Sterling coupled with my existing V brake set up.

Anybody out there purchased a Sterling?... and what's your opinion of it?... How does it perform as a hardtail MTB?...

I have a Sterling.  It's very versitile but not as quick or sharp as an Enduro.  It also doesn't look as good!  You can see the pictures of my Sterling in the members gallery.

I'm now looking to sell my Enduro frame.  It's in excellent condition, black and size MLXL.  I'm looking for £250.  The reason I'm selling it is because I wanted the bike more for road use with guards and proper rack.
