I find nothing in USA on LTE B7, and it does not list 15 as an option.

Samsung had already released the A16 to replace it, so the pricing was good on the older model. I bought a global variant with dual sim card capability and double the base amount of RAM and memory. It was listed as having four or five years of Android and security software upgrades included, so it should last me for quite some time. Since newer software always needs more RAM, that was why I paid extra for a model with double the base amount of RAM. I was surprised how cheap cell phones have gotten. Bought it from Amazon.
If you go shopping, these are the bands you need. This is the primary band used by each carrier.
