Thorn Nemesis

As a fan of the sportier end of the Thorn range of old (I have a Cyclosportif and 2 XTC SWB) I have always been intrigued by the Nemesis, but never seen one in the flesh.  I always imagined it as an (even) more extreme version of an XTC SWB, possibly with caliper brakes.  Any owners here able to share  pics or impressions?  Google shows me a pic of one that was for sale on Gumtree, but didn’t look like I imagined.

Done a few searches and thrown up images of 2 distinct bikes, both termed a Thorn Nemesis.
One, previously for  sale on Gumtree is finished in orange and chrome and  looks near identical to a XTC SWB, although possibly even shorter chain stays?  I think I have seen a pic of this machine somewhere else in past.

Another from SJSC site via Wayback machine is a gorgeous green creation, more what I expected as pretty much a Cyclosportif with 26” wheels, although no provision for guards.

Anyone know anything more or owned either of these or similar?
