Bought April 2018 from SJS Cycles for my 5ft 6" wife specifically to ride Lands End to John O'Groats in July 2018. This was an unsupported ride, carrying all our own gear using bed and breakfast establishments.
The bike performed faultlessly over 1070 miles of very hilly terrain.
This bike has done around 4500 miles from new and only for sale as we have no more tours planned.
The bike is in excellent condition and was serviced last October and not ridden much since. I have also changed the gear oil today.
The bike has a full spec including;
Rear disc brake
Front caliper brake.
Rear Tubus rack.
Thorn MK111 Flat track bars fitted with OEM Ergon GP5-L Anatomic Grips.
Swiss DT R460 rims with Schwalbe Marathon Supreme tyres, 6 spare stainless steel spokes for rear hub.
Fittings for front pannier rack, unused rack available for an additional fee.
Thorn Chromoplastic mudguards - 700c - P45- black.
This bike would cost 3000 pounds new, an identical bike recently sold on Ebay for 1950 pounds. Therefore asking in the region of 2000 pounds or a very close offer.
