Best wishes to all for a year of safe & enjoyable cycling. (And why not peace and prosperity too, while we're at it -- "Ah, but a man's reach should exceed his grasp/Or what's a heaven for?")

For us, any cycling will have to wait until Jan. 2 at least: a few inches of snow overnight, mixed with freezing rain this morning, and this afternoon the temp is due to drop to -13, windchill of -20.  So, hatches firmly battened down here, but at least there'll be sun

My God John sounds like a fridge would be a better place to  hang out.
i'm praying we don't get snow we are just not used to it here in Ireland bloody rain is bad enough.
last year the country came to a stop last march woeful weather snow and more snow,but the summer was only fantastic  made up for all the misery 

anyway john stay safe hope your not waiting to long to get back cycling.
