anyone had troubel tacking cycle on train Newport Wales to Holhead will be traveling on a saturday not abel to reserve a cycle for this leg

Not sure if this will help, but I've gone from Chester to Cardiff many times with arriva trains and never had an issue - if part of the journey is on virgin trains (Chester to Holyhead) then they insist on a bike booking due to limited space https://www.virgintrains.co.uk/experience/bikes
