Declining health has driven me to an electric bike (much better than no bike!) so my Thorn XTC has got to go.
It is a 2001 model, serial LA, 48-2001, frame type number 77.
Frame size is 52.5 cm seat tube (centre of bottom bracket to centre of top tube), 60 cm virtual top tube (horizontal measure from centre of stem to centre of seat pillar)
The bike has done around 500 miles in total, all on very short journeys - no touring - and is in all round excellent condition.
Frame is Reynolds 725, forks are Reynolds 531. Forks have bosses for front pannier rack.
The frame has a few chips (from being stored in the garage with other bikes) which I have touched up with the recommended Humbrol enamel. Other than that, the paintwork is in very good condition, still nice and shiny.
