The email address given for a "Buy It Now" price in the most recent eBay listing referenced above uses the domain name "Woxrent", which ICANN shows is registered to a party in Kirkland, Washington USA. However, *their* contact email address is bogus. The company is listed as a "Privacy Protection Service" and their contact phone number comes back to a Patents.com LLC that operates as a subsidiary of Internet Real Estate Group LLC. *Their* VOIP number comes back to an address in Bellevue, Washington USA and is associated with a number of complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. That number is also associated with a firm dba as Careerealism Co, bestwebsitesdesigner.com, lcumminsgroup.com, Bozz Inc, allbirds.com, Shekinah Art Gallery, also in Bellevue and Kirkland, and dozens of other business names including FastAuctionProfit, subject of a complaint filed here:

They are listed in a complaint on 800Notes.com as being a spammer who uses UK web pages. Their real registrar is name-services.com, though it is well hidden.
They are busy little bees, for sure.
