Back in the saddle again

Back in the saddle after almost a year out due to an injury ( non cycling) and then illness, but all fine now and looking forward to putting some miles in.  Not being able to get out left me time to build a couple of bikes, one was a kona lava dome for a friend and my nomad mk1 which i have tried to upload photographs of but to no avail. Hope all is well with everyone on the forum, I,m looking forward to catching up with what's happening.

Hi Neil,

Thanks, as for adventures they will be close to home for a little while yet.  I have done a couple of local rides of a few miles each time, just trying to lose some of the weight I have put on, I make Billy Bunter look anorexic.

Hi Jim ,
Nice to hear from you, it's good to see you're still around and it will be good catching up with what has been happening. My wife bought me that album for my 24th birthday just a few decades ago, and I have it downloaded onto my ipod .I hope all is well with you and you're still getting the miles in. Stay safe.
