Do people buy Thorns in January?
« on: January 09, 2016, 07:40:20 pm »
Hi
I have decided to sell my Club Tour, but I wondered if it would be a bad idea to try and sell it at this time of year.
It's in good nick but essentially the wrong size for me. I would like it to find a good home.
all suggestions welcome

I've just bought a Thorn - a used ExxP from SJSC.  The shop were pretty busy and commented that 'everyone is spending their christmas money'  Tis a good bike - I'm sure you'll find a buyer.

A lovely Nomad has just sold on ebay for a shade over 1k. The buyers are out there! Plus you'll be able to order your new Thorn in time for the better weather, which will surely be along anytime soon!  ;)

It is Thorn Club Tour British Racing Green 517 S (21inch)
I turn out to be a 19 inch, having had to consult about my back-strain.
(shrinking violet?)
I got it Xmas 2012
Photos with full spec to come....

Time of year would have zero influence on my decision to buy a bike.....If anything it tends to be a good time as they TEND to be cheaper...... ;D
