windy spin today.

not long home from a 54 miler, lovely spin but man the headwind on the way home nearly done me in 20 miles of it wore me down but still fantastic weather  here in ireland.

im having big problems with my feet and hip, pain is cat balou ::).
balls of my feet feel like there on fire ah well better not start complaining the wife says i'm the biggest moaner in town huh bloody cheek ;D ;D
anyway lads took few photos hopefully if dan gets a minute he will post them up.sorry about quality but there from my phone.one day when i win the lotto i'll buy a good camera honest

50 miles in ireland and only wind to deal with. Where was the rain.

Have been suffering with a bad back and the flu this week so just managed to get out for an 8 mile spin to see how the back is. I had managed to console myself all week by giving the bike a good clean but after that spin of mine in the pouring rain it is all dirty again.

Got a 50 miler planned for Sunday Morning so all being well I will be up to that by then!!!

Cheers Andy, man the sun was out all day this week has been lovely,just gonna get some pain killers into me my back is  very sore, but come tomorrow i'll be out again fear not. ;)

cheers dan sorry for being a pest .
so that was my spin today the one at the church that was  25 mile from home and into a headwing all the way and believe me it ain't flat.
but no matter i enjoyed it.
