Good luck on your venture.  One of the few issues from rohloff ownership is finding a wheel builder who knows how to deal with the hub so there has to be a market there.  More generally, there are few LBS' who can service hubgears (of any sort) so that would be another niche.

I took my MTB to Dave a couple of months ago to get it upgraded to disc brakes and Dave did a great job putting it all together.  

I also got to see 'the shed' and Dave's RST.  Unfortunately I didn't take my RST for Dave to see, it hasn't needed any tlc [other than oil changes] in the past couple of years, but someday I'll take it to Dave to work on.  

As Dave said, the RST just keeps going, and going, and going ...
