Hi All,
I'm sure we're all familiar with the Rohloff hub oil-change and service videos available on the 'Net and from Thorn and others (Thorn's here:
http://sjscycles.wordpress.com/2006/11/20/rohloff-oil-change-video/ ), but it can be helpful to have another perspective.
Accordingly, some new instructional videos have been produced by Eric Schuijt, who operates a specialist touring-shop in the center of Amsterdam called The Holiday Biker. He has considerable experience, having cycled in five years through more than eighty countries and he has written six books about his trips and cycling.
Except for the homepage and video subtitles, everything is in Dutch, so Google Translate or BabelFish to the rescue if you don't already know the language. The videos are self-expanatory and most have those English subtitles, so no problem there. The videos are really high in quality, and he's done a first-class job on them. They make complex-sounding operations look very straightforward.
Homepage for The Holiday Biker (English):

What you're looking for are the technical films ("Techniek filmpjes"), pre-translated at the links below:
There are three videos related to proper chain-tensioning with a Rohloff ("Rohloff-naaf: ketting spannen"), listed in German here:
http://www.vakantiefietser.nl/praktische-tips/filmpjes/ketting-spannen-bij-een-rohloff-naaf/The one for the Santos with eccentric bottom bracket is the most relevant to Thorn's line. It is linked from their site to its repository here:
http://vimeo.com/18290746 [Editorial note: I prefer Santos' clamping eccentric BB to Thorn's set-screw design as there is no embossing of the insert with the screws. Very clever way of rotating the eccentric using an allen key and a padded crankarm. It also makes no difference with their design whether the eccentric is up or down, so the effective BB height can be raised or lowered as desired].
The video for a Rohloff oil change ("Rohloff-naaf spoelen") is here:
