Hello again Stewart (et Al)

Thanks for the photos!
Well, I really can’t guess how this has happened but it’s clear that it has and the bal. of probability is that it’s a manufacturing flaw.
Please return the frame and fork to us, we will repair it and return it ASAP.

We need to decide on details, let’s continue this discussion by personal email only.

Regards

That is what I like about Thorn Cycles......the people at the top really care about the customer, as do all the staff that I have dealt with.

Good for Robin  :)

Just stumbled upon this forum while browsing general cycling and tandem related stuff. Presumably the post from the cyclist who started this thread (guerillaboy) in which he expressed his grateful thanks to Mr Thorn has been deleted?

I am the original owner of an 8 year old Ford Focus.  I think I'll pop round to the local dealer tomorrow with a print out of this tale and see if they will put right the numerous rust bubbles.   ;)
