It is eventually built and it feels really, really good to ride, it moves well, just splendid really.
Tried to figure out these STI do-hickeys on a 30K ride after I picked it up this evening.
I think I got the sizing right, will bring it to a framebuilder/bikefitter to have it dialed in.
The 180K ride is on July 5th.
Thanks for all the advice, elected not to fit mudguards just yet, weather is too glorious here, might jinx it.
Ended up with A319 rims on Deore M615 rear hub and a T610 front hub with Panaracer rimbo 28s, 36 spokes in the rear, 32 on front.
