My Ravens.
« on: June 02, 2006, 04:14:31 PM »
Hello all.

This is my very first post so thought I would say hello by showing off pictures of my Ravens in the gallery, as I'm very proud of them!

Ted.

PS I've taken up the slack in the chain on the Tour, before anyone spots it!

TWO!!! That’s just plain greedy and I’m not at all jealous, oh no, not me.
Very nice and very black.  Did you buy them together, or buy the second after trying the first? Since when have invisible prop stands been an optional extra? I want one.
Is that a Solidlights LED running off your hub?  How do you find it?  I’m tempted as it would be easier to move between bikes and I’m fed up with buying bulbs at £4 a go.
Oh, and welcome to the forum [:)]

Thank you both for the reply.

Forgot to say that since the pictures were taken I've found the right height for the bars on the Tour so I've cut down the steerer.

The invisible prop is a wonderous thing, second only to the mighty Photoshop!

I bought the Enduro after the Tour having been so impressed with the Rohloff way of things.

The Solidlights 1203D is absolutely superb and I'm totally converted. I prefer the beam pattern over the well respected SON E6, which I tried first. Although some find the 1203D a bit too wide and difuse, I find the E6 a bit too narrow and confined. I suppose it's a personal thing!  Chris at Solidlights has provided the best customer service you could ever wish for.

Whoops!

Been tidying up my Flikr photos and moved it without thinking. Will try and sort it out.
