This problem is even larger than this, has been ongoing for the last month or so, and is taking the combined efforts of Thorn's IT department and myself working to find and correct the problem. We are closing in on it but not "there" yet.
Rest assured, the problem is not at your end.
I appreciate the flagging of this problem by yourself and others. We're working hard to resolve the issue!
Hopefully all will be up and running correctly soonest!
