Second outing for my Thorn Enduro (first in town)

8:00AM collecting a parcel at the local sorting office for this cool jersey:

when I saw a man get into hs car and just sit there next to my bike. Returned post haste to protect it, whereupon said man gets out and starts firing questions - Thats the Rohloff hub gear isn't it?  I read the review in C+ - what's it like to ride? etc etc .

This is even better than having a dog (too messy and need attention)or a baby ( too noisy, too messy and needs too much attention). Total strangers smile at you, they walk into lamp posts doing a double take.

I would take it to the LBS but don't want to be mobbed like movie star!
