I have a couple thousand miles on an SP Dynamo hub. Very happy with it. I could not find a distributor in USA for it, I bought it on Ebay, shipped from Taiwan. Am using a Lumotec oval LED (discontinued model) with it. I use a battery tail light.

Take a look at xxcycle.com for complete wheels. Built up Shimano Alfine 3D72 dynahub with a good rim can be had for as little as $US105 (not sure what it is in euro or Pd St). It's a bargain really!
