It really is a handsome bike, Anto, and with that OUTSTANDING colour scheme, there's no chance of losing it amidst the greenery! Envious other cyclists, maybe ...

Thanks Andre yeah really class bike super smooth, rides like a dream.i was just finished climbing a good steep hill at that point ,it was windy but a super day for cycling hopefull more of the same tomorrow but much slower. my nephew was out with me the fecker cant ride slow i took him up loads of short steep hills to tire him out but no joy :-[

yip john done a lovely job on the guards it was just a matter of fitting them bit of adjustment no more. 8)

one water one energy dring usually drink both by the time i get home.
hopefully jim over to the lakes of cavan                             for a few days have a look around see how the other half lives never been there before. good spin over 70 plus miles so i'll leave early morning,well thats the plan i'm a late bird ::)
