Oh, very nicely found and shared, Jim; thanks!  I especially liked the part late in the video showing the cable replacement in the EX clickbox.

I'm guessing there will be some comment on Co-Motion's recommendations for "...no slack in the cables, or relatively little slack".

By coincidence, I spoke just this morning with a mechanic who built up one of their bikes with a Rohloff. He was very interested in my Nomad and asked a lot about how I liked the Rohloff in practice ("very much" was my reply).
