Peace of mind parking.

Do you think it could handle Dan's 60kg Nomad or would it drop all the way to the bottom  :o

So it's reserved parking for office workers, or people who live in nearby apartments, not casual parking for tourists and drop-ins. $19 a month is pretty cheap, considering how expensive real estate is in Japan.
