I find the aeronautical forecasts the best, and the BBC the best provider.

I always start with the airport, because those are the most accurate forecasts, adjusted from actual readings (scroll down, check the RH side of the page to see the most recent observation), and then also look at the nearby towns, the weather of which are extrapolated from the airport observations.
