Took delivery of my Sterling at the end of May and moved it to our place in Spain immediately. Last weekend, miles off tarmac, we completed the first 1000km; that may not sound much for the time I've had it but I am there for only a few days every other weekend so not bad really.
What a superb bike the Sterling is! The Rohloff is as smooth as silk; I have even got used to that quirky shifter. The frame is so 'giving' whilst charging across rough dirt roads. We are very happy together!
