Thanks for posting. I have not been keeping up on the latest in chargers for dynohubs since I bought a Cycle2Charge V3 in summer 2022. On my tour a year ago that charger with an SP PV8 hub easily kept my batteries all charged for two weeks. So, what I have is good enough. The Cycle2Charge V3 is an improvement over the Sinewave Revolution that I used to use for touring.
But I am pretty obsessive about minimizing my electric usage. While rolling, I usually run a flashing AAA powered taillight and a GPS. But the phone is off. Bike headlamp is off. Only using the hub to charge batteries.
I have no plans to buy any of the newer chargers or lights or hubs, but I do like to know what is out there. And there clearly are quite a few new ways to charge things.
It looks like the new chargers are putting out 5 watts at 20 km/hr.

Thanks again.
CORRECTION: My tour a year ago was with a Shimano DH-3N71 hub, that is what I have on my light touring bike, my other touring bikes have the SP dynohub.
