First post here! I did have a search but couldn't find anything.
I'm thinking of fitting a Mt Tura fork to an Alpinestars MTB I have owned for many years. It has a 1 1/8" threaded headset and is designed for a suspension fork. It's a nice bike but really not set up for the kind of riding I'm interested in these days (I was rather more interested in death-defying stuff when I bought it!).
The bike has the new "easy-mount" Magura HS11 brakes. Sarah has told me they will fit but I am just wondering - has anyone fitted Maguras to their Mt Tura, and if you have do you have a photo of your setup?
I should add I think I'll be swapping the headset to ahead - the current bars use an ahead stem with an adapter.
