Ride & Seek

Hello,

If anyone is interested we are currently doing a multi year tour on our Thorn eXp bikes. We’ve covered Europe and are currently in SE Asia. We’ve posted some route information etc. on our blog https://rideandseek.bike/route/

This is our second big tour, so will be re visiting some countries again.

If anyone has any questions about the places we’ve been to such as borders/visas/visa extensions/ferries etc please feel free to ask. We are currently in Thailand having cycled from Malaysia.

I'm thinking of Thailand for 6 weeks early next year.
I've followed a few folks on Crazy guy.
Looks good on many levels.
Any negative points from your own point of view?

Nothing too negative. Most roads have a wide shoulder to cycle in so we feel quite safe. The larger towns will have a service/frontage road running parallel to the main road which takes you off the busy bit.

If you are booking accommodation as you go, we’ve found Agoda quite good and they generally have more options than Hotels.com and booking.com. Don’t use Choowap, they appear not to have real-time booking.
