Tandem parts for nomad

Would it be possible to take parts such as wheels , rohloff hubs , etc etc from a tandem and put them onto a Raven or nomad frame for example ?

Some parts yes, some parts no.  I can't imagine why you would want to.  What do you want to accomplish?  Cranksets are the things that come to mind that would not be compatible.

But tandems seem to come up very cheap

Might be good for experimenting with different setups and components if you have have a few older thorn frames you could build up with wheels , rohloff , seats , handlebars etc
