Can't see point of a front helmet light they should be able to see your head. On the other hand its not really about being seen it's about being noticed. Not many cyclist use a front helmet light therefore it maybe worth thinking about. Personally I keep meaning to have a rear helmet light. I have an electric bike for pulling a trailer which blocks the view of any lights on my bike. The trailer has two lights on it but low down. Rear helmet light is what I need. If I can fit one comfortably I will use a bog standard Chinese one. I bought some a while a go. I think I have 10! 2 on each bike 2 on the trailer. That's 8 plus 1 on a rear super c rear pannier....which is normally on the front rack!....a Surly high loader. Yep I love my rear lights. Opps I forgot a cateye rear light on my thorn with a retro energiser rear light with the bulb replaced with an LED bulb. The later maybe a little too bright. It runs on 4 AA batteries but it will run with just two batteries in, without any reduction in brightness.
