While SJS Cycles (Thorn's sister company) is a Brompton dealer, they are not available for purchase online -- only from the Bridgwater store. The Kinetics Rohloff conversion is not available from them.
A number of our members have Bromptons as well as Thorns in their stables and I know of at least one who has owned a Rohloff conversion.
While Brompton is not a competing brand for Thorn bicycles, this is a Thorn marque-specific Forum so regretfully I must discourage a lengthier discussion of the little folding bikes to keep things generally on-topic here.
I'll leave your post up in the hope someone who has an old Brompton for sale may wish to contact you offline via PM. To better increase your chances, I'll move your post to the Private Classified "Wanted" board and leave it locked to discourage adding to it directly.
