The front racks are Bor Yueh. This type of rack (without an over the wheel hoop) requires upper mounting bushes threaded from both sides of the fork blade in order to provide enough triangulation to prevent the racks from twisting and ending up jamming in the front wheel. There have been some nasty accidents where people have ignored this advice.
My only criticism of the design is that the diagonal strut, which is held at the lower mounting boss with a P clip, tended to slip and the rack rotated forward. I've since cured the problem by glueing a nib of aluminium to the strut with epoxy.
