So a 565M should be fine ( i speak about the Nomad)

About the Raven, a 565 frame size should be too big i think, it's depends what you want to do with the bike..

Yes i've one Nomad (565L) I'm 175 cm tall 81 cm innerlegs and 174 cm arms and shoulder.

I feel confortable and the seat post is fairly out

The sizes I mention earlier were suggested by the Thorn workshop after I shared the dimensions of my current bike with them.

Me too Thorn workshop advised me a 540L     certainly the frame could have suited me but i was a doubt...

As well my choice it's done by the opportunity i found, i wanted a Nomad in very good condition, with the steerer tube fork not cut too short
