Hi All!

Thorn periodically revise their FAQ page, and it is a first stop for those contemplating buying a Thorn or for new owners with questions about their bikes.

The page is categorized into Purchasing, Deliveries and Collection, Visiting Thorn, Customer Service, and Technical Support; the last entry covers many of the more common questions that arise on the Thorn Cycling Forum.
