john i 'm getting them and thats that   ;D ;D.

im not long back from a 20 mile spin on the alu sintesi i was travelling a lot faster than i usually do i put that down to the weight of the bike .
don't give up on me yet buddy sure i love annoying all you lads what would yis do without me. ::)

oh forgot to mention me saddle fell off during the spin for god sake dont tell anyone.

Hmm...that would fit me :P

I used this for bikefit:

But one thing I have noticed is that the saddle setback is a bit tricky.

I cycle my XTC with a 6 cm stem on a 55.5 cm VT with an inline seatpost as the angles are so slack. But on my track frame I need a setback seatpost (steep angles cos...track) If you feel "pitched forward" on a normal seatpost you do need a setback perhaps. I would experiment with this before you commit to an expensive carbon stem. There's lot of cheap n cheerful used stems/seatposts.
