Now all gone to new ownersThe following items of Carradice waxed cotton raingear have been sitting in a cupboard for several years, so they are available for the cost of postage from France if anyone wants to try this sort of gear.
I found waxed cotton was too warm for me when cycling. It might work OK for someone else or in a cooler climate. Other particularity - to me this raingear smells of wet dog.
Large size, so spats and shoe covers are for about Eur 45 shoe size, maybe larger, trousers and jacket are an ample fit on a 90 Kg 1m80 rider. Helmet cover probably doesn't suit peaked helmets.
Apart from the spats and shoe covers, which have been used a bit, the rest of the gear is hardly used and as far as I can tell it is all in reasonable condition.
I work as a botanist, so at this time of year I may be slow in replying.
