This frame and forks is a bit of a curiosity.
It doesn't seem to fit any of the well known Raven range and may be an early version with a short production run.
It looks the same as one advertised and discussed on the ctc forum a couple of weeks ago.
Note the painted head tube badge, rather than the more common current stuck on badge, and the model name decal is just "Raven" rather than "Raven Tour".
The colour scheme is not one from the past ten years or so.
The front forks have the brake bosses on the rear like the Sport Tour.
Also, despite being advertised as an expedition tourer, the front forks have no rack braze-ons, only mudguard stay braze-ons.
An interesting beast.

This frame is mine. I bought it with my partner in mind but she's taken on my Nomad instead, so this one has to go. Anyway, good point about the front rack mounts - what I took to be mounts appear to be mudguard stays instead. I've not built the frame up so didn't study carefully enough. I'll revise the listing on ebay accordingly.

Out of interest, do you know anything about the history of this version of the Raven in terms of where it fits in the 'genealogy' of the Thorn Ravens?
