Like a Thorn but not a Thorn
« on: April 12, 2014, 05:26:16 PM »
Thought I would share a few photos of my latest build, a Patria Ranger Rohloff step through built up for my girlfriend. I was originally looking for a second hand step through Raven Tour frame but soon realised they are incredibly rare. A search on German ebay found this Germanic answer to a Thorn at a very reasonable price. Frame is chromoly and hand brazed in Germany. Not quite as bullet proof as a Thorn but getting there.

It has a Thorn rack!

You did just fine by linking to it, Chris, and what a great-looking build you did. All compliments your way on a fine job.

Best,

Dan.
