Rohloff, not too reliable.

The company not the product.

I bought a 2 books, 2 posters and and 2 postcards from their shop on the website as I wanted rohloff stories and picked the rest up on a whim.

One of the books they sent me was the German version even though I ordered the English and both posters got damaged from the putting them in the box by the looks of it.

I guess they will hopefully resend me the mistakes just a bit annoying. Will update when I know what they are going to do.

Oh wow that is not good and does nothing for the image of the company, I can understand how you feel.  I am sure they will put it right as soon as possible; and re-educate the person who picked and packed your order, they were having a bad day so some education is in order  .

Mind you I did not even know you could order directly from the company.

I'm sure they will sort it out. Just when you wait for a package for a week and 2 thing being wrong it's a bit frustrating.

On the upside Rohloff stories is quite a good read so far.

Now just need to wait for my compensation money to come through to get myself a Thorn Mercury/Raven so I can enjoy a Rohloff hub.

Rohloff Stories is the book that was sent out with my son's new hub. He ordered it from Bike24, and you guessed it..... it is the German version. Oh well, nice pictures

Yay! Mistakes can happen with any company; the real mark is how they're handled.
