New Mounts from Ortlieb for Accessories - Handlebar Bag Mount

Ortlieb have come out with an accessory mount which is attached to mounts on the Ultimate 6 Handlebar Bag mount.  I guess another option for mounting lights and/or computers when using a handlebar bag. I know that in my case with the Surly Long Haul Truckerand my Ultimate 5 handlebar bag my options mounting extra lights is limited.
