Wonderful stuff, Jawine! Made my whole morning!

I will be forever grateful to a young junior member of Rabobank who took pity on me near Schoonhoven one very windy, 7 Beaufort day and allowed me to draft for a few kms on my loaded touring bike, riding knees-inside-elbows. Lots of fun, and we parted laughing as the teammates pointed and laughed with glee, enjoying the situation *with* me rather than at my expense. Cries of "Hurry up or he'll catch you, bags and all!" (absolutely *no* chance of that!) resulted in such laughter we each nearly lost our pedals.

Sadly, "Rabobank announced in October 2012 that it would end its sponsorship of professional cycling at the end of the year, with the team announcing its intention to continue as a ‘white label’ under a new foundation yet to be established", according to Wikipedia ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rabobank_(cycling_team) ) -- all as a result of doping allegations. It appears we'll see the team again, albeit with the orange-and-blue arranged a bit differently: http://www.rabosport.com/ Meanwhile, there's some good buys to be had on replica team jerseys. My little bit of Dutch heritage is crying out for one!

Thanks for the day-brightener, Jawine; fun viewing!

All the best,

Dan.
